Unfortunately, many business owners think this means they can simply put a website up on the internet and then they’ll get a ton of business – so that’s exactly what they do. They hire a designer (or try and design their own site), put it online, and then get extremely frustrated when absolutely no business results from it. Deciding that the internet hype must have been nothing but a big scam, they give up on internet marketing, writing off their “wasted” money and calling it a loss.
Contrary to popular belief, you don’t throw up a website and get a ton of business.
